About
Bangsamoro Safety Academy (BSA) History
Bangsamoro Safety Academy (BSA) was an idea in 2018 in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by a young and energetic HSE professional, Mr. Saidamen T. Bidara. With a strong passion for helping others, Mr. Bidara initiated the establishment of a training center dedicated to supporting the Bangsamoro community in Riyadh and across the Kingdom in developing safety professionals.
From the beginning, Mr. Bidara dreamed of providing opportunities for self-development and career growth through quality safety training. Later in 2018, he met a like-minded individual and decided to collaborate, eventually becoming a Team Leader for the Riyadh Chapter of another organization. However, for personal reasons, Mr. Bidara recently decided to part ways with that organization.
Following his departure, he formally launched the Bangsamoro Safety Academy (BSA), which had been envisioned but not introduced since 2018. With the support of the Bangsamoro Safety Warriors — a group of dedicated Bangsamoro HSE professionals — BSA continued to grow and fulfill its mission.
Today, BSA proudly produces new graduates of HSE professionals by offering internationally recognized safety certifications, including OSHA (USA Compliance), IOSH Managing Safely, ISO Lead Auditor courses, and NEBOSH IGC. The Academy is committed to delivering quality, affordable training programs with a high success rate, made possible through effective and innovative teaching methods.
BSA remains dedicated to empowering the Bangsamoro community and beyond by making international safety education accessible and attainable.
